    FULL DETAILS

    Renew starter signal cable

     -Starting system inspected, found dirty electrical connections and resistance in starter signal cable.

    -Electrical terminals cleaned and new cable signal is installed.

    REFRESH CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER. 

       -Clutch system inspected. Found slight leak from clutch slave cylinder. remove, inspect and clean clutch slave cylinder. Clutch fluid flush Performed.

    CLEAN AND REFRESH COMPONENTS FOR CIS INJECTION SYSTEM.

      -engine air-fuel mixture out of parameters, fuel system inspected. Found dirty and aged components. Fuel level sending units were deteriorated.

     -clean components such as: fuel tank, fuel lines, complete fuel circuit.

     – refresh and adjust components such as: CIS fuel distributor, CIS 

    – warm-up regulator, fuel level sending units.

      -pre delivery and main fuel pumps inspected, flow test  performed. Pre    delivery pumps main fuel pump pressure and flow are in right parameters

      -fuel filter and fuel accumulator  are replaced due to aged and dirty components 

    CORRECT VACUUM LEAKS IN ENGINE INTAKE SYSTEM.

    -engine air-fuel mixture out of parameters, vacuum system components are inspected, found vacuum leaks from injector seals, and turbo waste gate actuator.   new injector seals are installed and turbo waste gate actuator is replaced with a good used one. (Low/ limited production for new parts)

    -intake hoses inspected, cleaned and clamps adjusted. 

    CORRECT MISFIRE AT 2500 rpm

      -ignition components inspected, found cutting ignition at 2500 rpm due to dirty and aged components. Spark plug gap adjusted. Components replaced : ignition distribution cap, rotor, and ignition cables. Ignition timing adjusted.

     Correct engine oil leak:

    • After correct and adjust air-fuel mixture and leave engine running for long period of time, found oil leak from valve cover gasket (cork material), new valve cover gasket (molded rubber) is installed.

    Check engine health:

     – engine cylinder compression performed. All cylinders are in equal range     (110 psi) engine is ok. 

    – valves clearance adjustment performed. 

    Engine coolant system flush:

    Coolant system inspected, found dirty coolant reservoir. hoses removed and inspected hoses are ok. radiator flush fluid applied to coolant system and system flushed couple of times.  New coolant in the system.  Engine refrigeration system ok.

    • correct level for manual transmission fluid
    • Manual transmission oil topped off 
    • inspect electrical components
    • found inoperable rear wiper motor, inspection of the rear wiper motor electrical system performed. Found missing ground to rear wiper motor  relay.  Found ground cable disconnect. Ground now is connected to a ground point and Electrical connections are cleaned. 

    Paint: 

    • paint correction performed and ceramic coating applied.
